1. Are your products 100% natural?  Should I be concerned about harmful ingredients?

    Our products range from 95% - 100% natural and vegan friendly.  Our products are also free of phthalates, parabens, petroleum, and talc. We never test on animals!

  2. What if I had an allergic reaction to your product?

    We recommend discontinuing use of the product immediately and contact your physician. They can provide you details of what ingredients you may be allergic reaction too.



  1. What are the forms of payment you accept?

    We accept US based credit cards Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

  2. Do you accept PayPal and Afterpay?
    Yes, we do accept PayPal and Afterpay. You will see the option at checkout.


Shipping & Deliveries

  1. After I place my order, when will my order ship?

    All orders are hand made in small batches to ensure maximum quality. Please allow 2-5 business days for processing upon receipt of order. Refrigerated items are ONLY shipped Monday-Wednesday. Shipping rates are based on the total weight of the package and its destination. We do not ship on major holidays or weekends (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day). USPS is operating as normal, however, some packages are experiencing delays up to 1-3 business days in affected areas

  2. I’ve mailed my package to the wrong address! Can you send a replacement?

    As the buyer, it is your responsibility to make sure your address is correct and if a mistake is made, please notify us ASAP via the Contact Us page so we can change your address on the shipping label, if possible. If it has already been shipped and is returned to us, we can send you an invoice for shipping and resend package once your address has been corrected.

  3. What if my tracking shows the package delivered but i did not receive my package. What if my package is lost, stolen or damaged?

    Once an order has shipped, Asili’s Ancient Healing LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages during shipping. United States Postal Services (USPS) MUST be contacted if any packages are lost, stolen, damaged or for any shipping inquiries.


Returns and Exchanges

  1. How do I cancel my order?

    We are not able to cancel an order once it has been fully processed and entered for shipment. Once your order has been shipped, the order must be shipped back and we will process it as a return. A restocking fee and the initial shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
