Yoni means "Sacred Space" in the ancient language of Sanskrit. Yoni Steam dates back thousands of years which originated in Africa. Women from all over the world practice Yoni Steaming which helps to heal, balance hormones, regulate periods and ease unpleasant symptoms of menstruation.
How to use:
Set an intention and say a prayer before beginning the yoni steam.
Boil 4-5 cups of distilled water. Place your yoni sitz bath on toilet, then add ¼ cups of herbs. Add your boiled water to herbs, let it cool for 1-2mins. Grab a blanket or sheet to cover the bottom half of your body. Always confirm that the temperature is comfortable before sitting. Sit and enjoy your scared space for 30min.
After the yoni steam is complete, it is important to rest while the womb is in an open state.
If possible, do not flush down toilet. Discard back to the earth, your yoni is scared!
It is best to use the Yoni Steam after your menstrual cycle is complete and 7 days before your menstrual cycle begins.
